Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Glitzi Bitz. Please review the information below prior to completing your purchase.
1. Shipping Destinations
Glitzi Bitz currently ships within the Republic of Ireland only. If international orders please reach out to us by email.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within three (3) business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
3. Shipping Method & Cost
All orders are shipped via An Post. Express shipping fee: €5.00 per order.
Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout prior to payment.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by An Post and generally fall within standard domestic delivery ranges.

5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, Glitzi Bitz cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by An Post or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can investigate and assist.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by An Post, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
8. Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. Glitzi Bitz cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
