Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through Glitzi Bitz. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.

2. Returns Policy

Glitzi Bitz Ireland operates a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Earrings
- Body jewellery
- Hair accessories
- Gift cards

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is received faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly at glitzibitz203@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and supporting photographs where applicable. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

5. Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Once assessed, customers will be notified by email whether the return has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly described.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

To request an exchange, please contact glitzibitz203@gmail.com prior to returning any items.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns. Glitzi Bitz cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
